Inline physiotherapy

Hi, I am Nicole Heisterman - Registered Physiotherapist and Certified bike fitter.   I offer physiotherapy treatments as well as Bike fitting, custom splinting, and orthotics from my home office in Pemberton, BC.

As an avid mountain biker and skier, I know how hard it is to be injured and how important it is for my patients to return to the things that matter to them with confidence. Trained in manual therapy, I use an analytical approach to determine key factors that are causing problems in order to determine the best solution for each individual person’s injuries.  I believe that loading the body optimally is the key to recovering from and then avoiding future injuries, and I put a significant focus on optimizing tissue loading and biomechanics in all stages of rehabilitation.

As well as physiotherapy, I am also certified in bike fitting and take the same approach to optimizing mechanics on the bike that I do in other aspects of my practice.  Check out my bike fitting page for more information.

I graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1997.  I have honed my skills as a sports and manual therapist working in Whistler and Pemberton since 1999, and have helped countless people from gardeners to weekend warriors to professional athletes recover from their injuries over the years.
